After admitting he had an “improper relationship” with a 14-year-old African American student at Cullen Middle School, a Houston Independent School District police officer will not be spending any time in jail. It apparently does not even matter that he received oral sex from the child in the girls bathroom at the school. Does this make you feel like your children are safe at school?
Jacob Ryan Delgadillo, 30, made a deal that lets him walk free, with only five years probation. The child molester will also not be required to register as a sex offender.
As long as he does not get caught violating his probation, there will be no conviction on his record. If he is caught violating the terms of his parole within the five-year period, his deal would be gone and he could face the maximum penalty of 20 years in prison reported Chron.
The two counts of indecency with a child were dismissed as part of the plea. The charge of improper relationship with a student is from when Delgadillo put the girl’s hand on his genitals.
A teacher caught Delgadillo looking for the girl through a classroom window and blowing kisses at her.
The girl told a teacher that she had performed oral sex on Delgadillo in the girls’ bathroom.
The girl told police that Delgadillo also showed her naked pictures of himself on his cellphone, and investigators later found several cellphone photos of him in various states of undress, including one in which he is exposing himself in his campus office and dressed in his campus uniform, according to Chron.
What kind of shytty prosecutor offers this kind of plea and what kind of judge allows it???
